Magma Poetry
Magma: the Climate Change Issue
Issue 72 of Magma (M72) will explore the theme of poetry and climate change, edited by Eileen Pun, Matt Howard & Fiona Moore.
How do we/can we write about something so hard to grasp: huge and intangible, tangible and local, politically fraught, with our own and the planet’s future at stake? How can poetry find a voice among so much other discourse, and what does poetry of the Anthropocene look like?
M72 will contain poems, prose, reviews and the results of a collaboration between poets with scientists from Cambridge Conservation Initiative. There will be launches and a seminar/workshop at CCI in the autumn; dates to follow.
