Clyde Docks Preservation Initiative (CDPI) are launching an Innovation Voucher project in partnership with Glasgow Caledonian University.

It is called Turning the Tide on the Clyde and it aims to map, celebrate, connect and amplify everything glorious that is happening the length and breadth of the tidal river Clyde estuary that runs through seven local authority areas in the West of Scotland.

Our aim with No New Worlds for COP26 is twofold: firstly to highlight the crisis our planet is facing: creating dialogue locally, nationally and internationally.,… there are no ‘new worlds’ for us to go to if we destroy this one. Secondly, we want to launch our Turning the Tide on the Clyde initiative with a high profile artistic intervention.

No New Worlds will be the centre piece of our first TTT festival programme – flagging the prospect of what we hope will become an annual festival celebrating the river Clyde and all who sail on/in/around her!
