Explore the challenging questions around fundraising ethically during a pandemic with Chris Garrard from Culture Unstained.

As the financial realities of what Covid-19 has meant for artists becomes clearer, how do we negotiate the relationship between our ethics as artists and the need to fundraise? Does a time of financial hardship necessarily mean we need to compromise on our values and economic integrity?

Join Chris Garrard from Culture Unstained as we explore together the challenging questions around fundraising ethically during a pandemic. We’ll look at where the money that supports us comes from, the questions we can ask when receiving support, how to know your own ethical fundraising boundaries, and consider how we can support ourselves and each other in bolstering integrity in response to global crises, from Covid-19 to climate change.

This online session is facilitated by Michael Norton, Producer, Artist Support at Artsadmin.

Please note that this session was not recorded.
