Take Part in Season for Change

Season for Change invites artists and cultural organisations to host events, artworks and actions across the UK to celebrate the environment and inspire urgent action on climate change.

Our goal is to work with 250+ artists and cultural organisations in 2020 and 2021 to celebrate the ways that the cultural sector is leading a green transition, and inspire climate action across the UK. Join us if you want to join us to accelerate change for a just and sustainable future for all.

Your Season for Change activity can take place anywhere – in arts venues, on streets, in schools, at festivals, on beaches, in libraries or museums and across broadcast, film, fashion and music. We invite you to use culture to speak out, champion change, showcase sustainable practice and inspire action by:

  • Programme an event
  • Commission new work
  • Organise a debate
  • Curate an exhibition
  • Provide space for spontaneous performances
  • Host an open call
  • Make art, theatre, music, film
  • Turn your work inside out and show what you’re doing behind the scenes
  • Put climate change centre stage

Arts organisations, artists and others from the UK’s creative community can submit an expression of interest or information about an event they are planning, and we will showcase it on this website.

Sign up to our mailing list to receive information about events, professional development opportunities, resources and updates.
